Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage                                                                                                $40 (30 minutes)
This treatment is designed to ease tension in the neck, shoulders and lower back.
It will also relieve stress and promote complete relaxation.
                                                         
Deep Tissue Massage                                                                                                                        $40 (30 minutes)
This special deep tissue massage is designed to relieve and prevent muscle soreness and ease tired
joints. It combines deep compression and strokes with traditional massage.
                                          

* Shiatsupractor is a professional designation granted to a Canadian Shiatsu Society of BC member who
has successfully completed the minimim 2,200 hour curriculum requirement of the CSSBC.
Shiatsupractor is a professional title designation recognized by the International Shiatsu Association.

Shiatsu is a Japanese massage that is focused
on the pressure points (called Tsubo) that are
located all over the body. Pressing these points by
palms and fingers releases chronic and/or acute
muscle stiffness and pain. Shiatsu is also good for
relaxation and balancing all the body systems.

Jin Shin Do also focuses on pressure points. JSD
believes all the points carry emotions. By following
the meridians which are energy lines in the body, it
helps releasing negative emotions that you have
been building. Combined with Shiatsu, it will help
you be physically and emotionally healthy.
